PERLOLA ORGANIC PREMIUM SANGRÍA
MAKE A BIG IMPACT ON YOUR GUESTS!
1. On a 2L pitcher, add;
- 20gr of brown sugar (healthier and with caramel notes),
- 2 fresh oranges
- 1 fresh lemon cut into pieces.
2. Crush it gently with a wooden pestle and let them macerate for 5 minutes.
3. Add ice cubes up to the top and remove. Ice cubes are an essential ingredient.
4. Add 50 mL of Cointreau (Orange liqueur) and 100 mL of fresh orange juice.
5. Time for the Premium Sangria. Fill the pitcher with Perlola red!
Bravo!
6. Cut fresh apples into homogenous square pieces and 1 orange and 1 lemon into slices.
Add them together with 1 cinnamon stick. Rest and freeze for 10 minutes.
Remove before to enjoy.

- 1 passion fruit cut into pieces.
2. Crush it gently with a wooden pestle and let them macerate for 10 minutes.
3. Add ice cubes up to the top and remove. As you know, ice cubes are an essential ingredient!
4. Add 100 mL of CAVA Brut Nature (no sugar added) 50 mL of fresh lemon juice and 50 mL of fresh lime juice.
5. Time for the Premium Sangria. Fill the pitcher with Perlola White!

6. Cut fresh apples into homogenous square pieces 1 star fruit and 1 orange and 1 lemon into slices.
Add them together with 1 cinnamon stick and 6 leaves of fresh mint. Rest and freeze for 10 minutes.
Remove before to enjoy.

SHERRY SANGRÍA
- On a 2L pitcher, add 20gr of brown sugar, 2 fresh oranges and 1 fresh grapefruit cut into pieces.
- Crush it gently with a wooden pestle and let them macerate for 20 minutes.
- Add ice cubes up to the top and remove.
- Add 100 mL of sweet sherry and 70 mL of fresh grapefruit juice.
- Fill the pitcher with Premium Sangria PERLOLA.
- Add 100 gr of halved cherries (no bones), 50 gr of very ripe blueberries, 1 orange and ½ lemon into slices. Rest and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove and serve!
SAN FERMÍN SANGRÍA
- Take 20mL Tequila, 30mL Cointreau, 50mL blood orange juice and 15ml of maple syrup and shake it together in a cocktail shaker with 4 ice cubes.
- Cut into pieces 1 fresh orange and 1 fresh lemon. 100gr of ripe cranberries. Crush them gently in a mortar and add these on 2L pitcher.
- Add ice cubes up to the top.
- Add frozen cranberries and 1 orange, 1 blood orange and 1 lemon cut into slices.
- Fill the pitcher with PERLOLA Red Sangria Premium!
- Rest and freeze for 15 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
IBIZA SANGRÍA
- On a 2L pitcher, 20gr of brown sugar, 1 fresh orange, 1 fresh lemon and 1 fresh lima cut into pieces. Crush it gently with a wooden pestle.
- Add ice cubes up to the top and remove.
- Add 100 mL of apple cider, 50 mL of fresh grapefruit juice and 50mL of fresh orange juice.
- Add PERLOLA white Premium Sangria. Remove!
- Add frozen blackberries, pomegranate arils and 1 fresh apple cut into little square pieces. 1 orange cut into slices. 1 cinnamon stick. Rest and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Rim your glass with salt. Remove and enjoy!
MATADOR SOUR SANGRÍA
and the perfect layer
- Combine 20mL orujo aguardiente, 20mL cherry tincture, 1 lemon juice and 10mL maple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake until extremely cold.
- Strain it directly into a glass.
- Add frozen cherries, orange slices and lemon peel into the glass.
- Make the red sangria layer: Hold the back of a spoon right above the top of the glass. Then gently pour Sangria Perlola on top of the spoon into the glass. Because it hits the spoon first, it will settle into a layer on top.
- Add a cinnamon stick, orange peel and.. enjoy!
